All-Ages Free Chess Tournament, hosted by the Nova Scotia Scholastic Chess Association

Sunday, June 13, 2021 from 2 to 4 p.m.

Registration starts at 1:30 p.m.

Come join us for the 22nd NSSCA rapid tournament. This tournament will be in the Swiss tournament style (not the arena style).

Three step process to play:

  1. If you don’t already have one, register for an account (it’s free) on www.lichess.org
  2. Join this club: lichess.org/team/team-nova-scotia
  3. Go here and click Join.

*** Time control: 10+1 Rapid, Casual, Five (5) Rounds ***  One minute between rounds

The tournament is open to all ages and skill levels. It is not restricted to NS players. Parents are responsible for supervision of children during online chess activities. Players should be registered and ready to play by 1:30 PM. First game starts at 2 PM.
