The Dalhousie Winter Open will be 5 Swiss Rounds, Rapid time controls (15 minutes + 10 seconds increment), on Saturday, February 15th – starting at 1 PM. It will be held at Room 302 of Student Union Building at Dalhousie University. The entry fee will be 20$, and there will be custom medals for the Tournament winners.
