Dalhousie Chess Championship (Closed Event) — Dalhousie Chess

It will be a closed, CFC-rated tournament, with winners and high-performing players from previous tournaments. This tournament will determine the strongest chess player in the club, as the winner will receive the title of Dalhousie Chess Champion, and their name engraved on the club cup.

Time Control: 75-minute games with a 30-second increment starting at move 1.

Format: Round Robin

1. The winner of the 2024 Dalhousie Summer Rapid Open.

2. The winner of the 2024 Owen Maitzen Rapid Open.

3. The winner of the 2024 Dalhousie Open.

4. The winner of the 2025 Dalhousie Winter Rapid Open.

5. The winner and the runner-up of the 2024/25 Dalhousie Grand Prix (or the player with the highest number of points who has not qualified through the above methods).
