Chess Nova Scotia to hold AGM March 26, 2023

Chess Nova Scotia will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Sunday, March 26, 2023, from 2-4 p.m. The meeting will be held online.

The positions of President, Secretary, and Member-at-Large are up for election this year. They are two-year positions. Currently those positions are held by Ken Cashin, Roger Langen, and David Bardsley, all of whom are re-offering.

There will also be an election for the remaining term (one year) of the Member-at-Large position that was held by Stephen Saunders, who has resigned.

As per the Chess NS constitution, a fair election must be held to fill the positions and all nominations must be put forward. If anyone would like to submit nominations for any of the positions listed above, please do so by sending them to: info@chessns.ca
