20th annual Veranda Invitational Chess Tournament – results

This year was the 20th year the annual Veranda Invitational Chess Tournament was held. This tournament, which is usually held in the summer but occasionally is held in the fall, is a six-player single round-robin event organized by Rex Naugler.

The games are usually very interesting battles as all of the players have extensive tournament experience. Even though there may be some significant differences in the current ratings of the various players the actual skill level of the competitors are more closely matched. The winner of this year’s tournament is Antoni Wysocki who finished with four points.
