As per the 2020 AGM (see minutes) the positions of president, secretary, and member at large will be up for election at the 2021 AGM. Currently those positions are held by Ken Cashin, Roger Langen, and David Bardsley, who will be re-offering. However, as per the Chess NS constitution, a fair election must be held to fill the positions and all nominations must be put forward. If anyone would like to submit nominations for any of the positions — president, secretary, and member at large — please do so by sending them directly to the election chair, Farhana Kanth, via email: farhanakanth@gmail.com
